The Moustache Samedi 29 Trail 10 is fast, even very fast! And not only thanks to its high end XTR drivetrain and its Bosch Performance CX motor with 85Nm. We can truly thank the low inertia of its Just_Moustache 29″ carbon wheels and its Maxxis Assegai tires in 120 TPI and triple compound which give it an incredible energy! And even at top speed, its high performance suspension, the Magic Grip Control shock and the Fox 38 Factory fork know how to keep the wheels on the ground to take on turn after turn without restraint. Full gazzzz or more like Bzzzzz!
The soul of the Samedi 29 Trail
The frame is made from hydroformed aluminum 6061 T4, and aeronautical quality T6, and discretely integrates the Bosch battery while optimizing the center of gravity. The linkage is CNC forged and machined, and the bearings are oversized for optimized stiffness and reliability. For the same reasons, all the tubes are of variable thickness and reinforced in the zones under stress, and in order to achieve the very best look, the double Tig welds are polished everywhere it’s possible. With 150mm of travel, it offers balanced geometry for a lively and dynamic ride – progressive suspension kinematics, reduced pedal kickback, and incredibly efficient grip to prevent front wheel lift!

With many years of riding e-Bikes and the thousands of kilometers covered have driven Moustache to develop their own, now legendary rear shock, the Moustache Magic Grip Control with unique characteristics! Their dynamic rebound control technology enables comfort to be married with an exceptional grip with a unique control against front wheel lift when climbing. Your Trail will be easy to control and will enable you to push past your limits with ease. It offers 150mm of travel and 2 positions, open or “platform” to further increase control in the most extreme climbs.
The wheel turns
And it turns quickly, around its 29″ 6061E aluminum rims. They are asymmetric for the best distribution of spoke tension. The profile is specific and the joint is welded for optimal strength! They are eqipped with Maxxis Assegai tyres, preferred by Moustache, in WT version, specially designed for wide rims! This means the tyre does not bend on the rim and the knobbles are in the optimal position for a level of grip…to blow you away!!!

The powerful Bosch Performance Line CX motor, the reference for e-bike motors, has evolved again this year with torque up to 85Nm on an even wider range, in optimized eMTB mode; and the “extended boost” function to overcome roots, steps and rocks even in the most difficult climbs. Compact and lightweight, it stands out from others with its minimal resistance when pedalling, and incredible liveliness and dynamism thanks to its extreme reactivity.

The new FOX 36 fork which equips the range from the Trail 6 up offers monster performance! Its scope for fine-tuning, it’s sensitivity, the precision and the grip reach levels as yet unseen for a standard build fork. With its e-bike specific cartridge, it offers additional comfort and ease for a perfect match with the Magic Grip Control shock. These two get on famously!
