Efficient Trail Control Cube's Efficient Trail Control series works in the background so that everyone can have more fun on the trail. A low leverage ratio and linear compression rate are the technical way of saying that these bikes are very sensitive to trail obstacles, whilst remaining insensitive to pedal-induced bob and giving a full range of travel.
Advanced Twin Mold Cube's Advanced Twin Mold process uses two precisely manufactured forms for their C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames. The first form is to ensure an accurate layup. The second, inner form keeps every individual fibre precisely where it needs to be while the frame cures. The result is a significantly lighter, stronger frame, with fibre density tailored to anticipated loadings at specific points.
Agile Trail Geometry Agile Trail Geometry is a development of Cube's popular and well received Agile Ride Geometry, with a focus on riders who enjoy pushing their limits on the trails. By lowering standover height and allowing more room for the rider to move around over the bike, they have created a setup that rewards adventurous line choices. Boost 148 A wider hub makes a stiffer wheel, and a stiffer wheel means better handling. That's the thinking behind the Boost 148 rear hub standard, which allows wider flange spacing for better wheel performance without impacting on shifting accuracy or drivetrain efficiency. Simply put, you can go faster and harder with better handling and stronger wheels.
Fully Integrated Battery The Fully Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch's battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike's downtube. Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allowed Cube to design beautiful e-bike frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.
Modular Battery System In many ways the battery is the heart of an e-bike. That's why, with Cube's Modular Battery System, they have made a setup that's easy to use. The Stereo Hybrid 160 HPC’s carbon main frame is built to house the Modular Battery System – including a battery up to 750Wh – and fourth-generation Bosch drive unit, in a full range of sizes to suit almost every rider. Practicality is key so, for example, there’s room for a bottle cage, and the battery cover has push-button access. On the handling front Cube have incorporated race-inspired geometry, a Boost 148 rear end and 1.5in head tube for on-demand cut-and-paste line choices, no matter how rowdy the trail. With a trunnion shock mount, oversize linkage bearings and internal cable routing, you can be assured of minimal maintenance downtime and maximum trail fun time.
