Delivery and returns

This is our delivery and returns policy.

Please read and understand this before purchasing an ebike through the website.

Delivery

Delivery is free of charge unless otherwise specified. We like to try and deliver your new ebike personally, ready assembled and fully inspected. Ready to go! If we can’t deliver, due to distance or other circumstances, we will send your bike with a reliable courier and will have given it a full pre delivery inspection before sending it off. As it has to be safely and securely packed we will have to remove the pedals and turn the handlebars. We may have to remove the front wheel as well, but everything else will be ready to go. You will have to reassemble these parts so will need a few tools, such as a 15mm spanner for the pedals, and allen keys.

For items other than bikes, we’ll send them using a reputable delivery service. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be made clear before purchase.

Returns

If you need to return your ebike, or other goods, it must be returned to us unused and packaged in the same way it was received. If it’s been ridden or used at all then it’s secondhand right away, we will have to sell it at a reduced price and so may not be able to refund you the full price. So please, in the unlikely event of wanting to return your bike, make sure it’s never been used and is returned to us in its original (or similar) box and packaging in the same way it was delivered. Having said all that, please contact us right away if there is any question or problem and we’ll try our best to resolve it. If the bike does need to be returned then you’ll have to arrange a courier and pay for it to be sent to us at:

None of this affects your legal rights, of course. You are legally entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. We still need the goods sent back unused and packaged up as they were sent, and it’s your responsibility to pay for the return. If the goods are used then this will affect the amount we can refund you.

All the above is to cover you and us, and we very rarely have had to refund anyone. If you’re unhappy with the products then let us know and we’ll always do our best to resolve the problem.
